    Shocking service! Truely shocking! Ordered 3 rolls of underlay... very simple!
    1 roll turned up! Chased and chased, number 2 arrived. A week had gone by since the first arrived. So went else where and sent the other two back.
    They recieved and signed for but insist they didnt get the returns.
    So ive paid for 3 rolls, only ever got 2. Now have a bill for all of them and no goods.
    Now comes the lengthy claim from my credit card company and printing off all the forms and evidence!
    Disgusting!

    This is completely inaccurate. On the friday (day before the saturday you said you would deliver the replacement!) you did say you could get one to me saturday morning! Perfect! At this point i was very understanding, said no problem, i know it was DX couriers fault!
    Then during a 5 o'clock confirmation call (if this is recorded you can check) I was told the earliest you could get me the third roll was tuesday. I said it was unfortunate but i would have to go elsewhere! AT NO POINT, did i reject a third roll, there was no redelivery of a third roll as on the friday i made it clear i didnt want/need it. (Quite obviously this was why it never turned up!)
    At this point im still not concerned about airluxe ltd... it was still just an unfortunate mix up at the courier.

    I simply stuck a new label on the two rolls with my returns case number and sent it back.
    If they were badly packed and in bad condition you have shot yourself in the foot as this must reflect how you sent the products out as they were not touched by me other than sticking a new label on it. Its laughable how you claim this and as i didnt open it and look at the quality you have reassured me your product must have been a bad quality one!
    I still say up until the refusal of a refund there was no problem... then they turned sour! I'm sure if the third roll turned up i'd have never had an issue and never left a review and probably recommended them as the first roll did turn up the next day! So if all goes smoothly i believe you do have happy customers. But when you have to deal with problems... theres a big lack of intelligence!!!
